Our Story

Our Mother brought her families business to the US. She is third generation baker. She started to make the two of the families favorite which are the Picon and Nun. She started baking in the kitchen oven all the orders were taken by phone and thru facebook by the time customers where outside there order were bagged and named ready to go. We managed to get one store to sell our bread which then led to gettting three more stores around the area. El Cisne is established in a small community in Mexico since 1935 now making its way to the US. , We now have over 20 different breads at all times and are also introducing donuts.
